Drawing on FIXR’s largest surveys to date, and several external contributions from the event industry and beyond, this report brings together insight from thousands of ticket buyers and event organisers to understand how demand, behaviour and expectations are evolving across live events.

We surveyed over 3,000 event organisers and attendees. Respondents were invited to look back over their year in events, reflecting on their habits, what impressed them, what they value as attendees or organisers of events, and what they predicted for the year ahead.
